Shelby's Graduation

Yay! Shelby graduated from Royal High School! And one week later, she graduated from Big Ben Community College with her AA Degree. Lucky kid she'll be done with her Bachelors before we know it.

Shelby received a beautiful orchid lei as a graduation present from a family friend and "boss" at Mission Ridge ski resort (Shelby was a ski instructor. Cool huh?). Our parents also received similar leis from the same woman. It was funny seeing Dad wear flowers. Hehe!

Considering this was shot through a chain link fence, I think it turned out pretty cool.

There's Uncle Shadd and (this one's for you Shadd) Stewie! Wouldn't you say that's a Stewie look?

She's has her "diploma" now run for it!

After graduation and right before we left Shelby wanted to introduce Adam to Samson. He's a 16 hand tall Tennessee Walker. He's gorgeous, but huge! Poor Adam was a little nervous, but not extremely scared. I guess what I mean is that he didn't cry, just got real quiet and leaned back a lot.

Happy Father's Day

We sorta forgot to send out Father's Day cards, (oops) so please forgive us. We just wanted to wish a Happy Father's Day to all of the Dads in our lives whether they be blood related or not we truly appreciate you.

Grandpa Forester thanks for showing me grit and how to be tough. We love you

Grandpa Frank Poulsen thanks for being there and sharing the stories from the past we love to hear. We love you.

Grandpa Blair thanks for your support for the last while especially while we moved into our new home. The willingness to give suggestions when we needed and to let us borrow you lawn mower amongst other things! :) We love you.

Grandpa Kennon thanks for your help, advice, and the vacations that you worked so hard save up for so that not only we could go but also so that I could go as a child. I'll never forget all the time and effort it not only took to get there, but also the good times that we had. I love you Dad. (Oh, Travis and Adam say they love you too.)

To the most important father figure currently in my life, Travis. How do I say how grateful I am for the man that you are and father you are to our son. Thank you for all the hard work you do to make us happy and help both Adam and I to learn. We love you Daddy!

Seepy Adam

Adam says seepy a few times of the day. Near his nap time, near bedtime, and in the morning. He's also started using it as an excuse to not eat or do something... Anywhoo, it's pretty darn cute. Sunday morning before church he was in a very playful mood, and this is what we were able to get from him. Travis repeats a lot of what he says just in case you can't understand him, but for the most part the understandable words are: top (stop), cars, seepy, huh?, kay, banket, puppies. Enjoy!
